My grandkids and I ate dinner at the bar and grill. The food was wonderful!!!

The cleanliness of the room was not what I would expepct from a Hilton property. i am not sure I would stay there againg unless some of the cleaning issues were addressed. My co worker who was also staying at the same hotel found a empty bag of chips between the bed and night stand.

Friendly service..
Most important the kindness of breakfast staff serving.
The only thing I would the hotel to change would be to allow the breakfast serving staff to wear polo shirts like all other staff.. They looked so hot and needed less heated clothes.. they were made to wear canvas shirts and not even kitchen staff only servers.. I would suggest a nice looking polo shirt.. this would also be in keeping with other staff and how smart they looked.

Friendly, courteous front desk personnel. Willing and able to help with any question or concern.
The last three times I stayed at the Hilton Garden, my experience with the breakfast service, dining area and associated staff was identical. They never opened at the scheduled time. Sometimes over an hour late. There was just no sense of urgency.

酒店是很不错的和工作人员。
留下来的原因是一个室内游泳池，我是个单身的父亲和我的女儿9年希望的地方，她会游泳，因为她对她的春假。我们被告知，池将被打开，从来没有。然后检查时，我们被告知，希尔顿酒店，一晚免费电子邮件。从未发生过任何。所以i'am非常失望。
