Welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Located adjacent to the Blue Gate Events Center for parking convenience when going to a show. This was our 2nd stay for events.
Can not eat an evening meal at the hotel, but had to drive elsewhere. Roll-away love seat is very uncomfortable to sit on as a love seat. Otherwise, room was very comfortable.

Taylor in group reservations went out of her way to switch me from a suite to a regular room. Friendly staff and great breakfast

Both my wife and I love staying here for many reasons. The pool area is great, we love the sitting area just outside of the pool area, the ice cream and pizza shop is awesome and the free breakfast buffet is so great.
No, there is nothing we can think of that we did not enjoy.

Cleanliness mostly. I usually do not like staying in hotels because of the fact that you just don't know how clean things really Are! I am a housekeeper myself. But when you see decent respectable people clean people working ( amish, menonite) it so much better!! The breakfast was also the best! Also it was beautiful and different things to do at the hotel.
