Good location. Staff was very accommodating. Good breakfast. We had an X large room in 401. Helpful with transportation needs. A good group of people working there.
I thought the pricing was a little high.

Breakfast was v good. Staff was very accomodating. We were in rm 401 which was very large. 3 rooms rented. Location was convenient to Needle and Pacific Museum. Kids could stay there all day.

Thos hotel is under construction,but wasn't an issue,staff was wonderful,we were up graded to a suite on our return from our cruise.We also stayed 3 nights prior to cruise.They have a very nice breakfast buffet also.I would definitely stay here again

The woman who checked us in was most helpful, delightfully cheerful and very informative! A convenient walk to the Space Needle, parks, and monorail to get downtown.
The facility was undergoing a major exterior remodel. Our patio was filled with chunks of cement, wood with nails and other debris. The construction dust and noise was annoying on Friday, but the weekend was quiet.

EVERYTHING! The location was ideal for us - we were able to walk everywhere. The staff, especially Shannon and Harrington, was supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly.
