Very comfortable beds

Couldn't turn down the A/C.....it was set!

It was in close proximity to the college, Savannah State University.

We had to change rooms because the doors were broken and keys would not work. There was nobody on staff to fix the doors. We waited in the room with without keys for a long time for them to get someone to fix the door to no avail. I finally went to the desk and said we need to go out to take care of business. We left with no keys and then were told we would be moved when we return. We then had to wait upon returning for someone to let us back in the room to get our belongings to move to another room. The new room had the noisiest air conditioner unit that cycled on and off about every 15mins all night. I know because I could not sleep through it. I was very tired the next day. I usually have very good experiences with your hotels for a travel alot, however this trip made me think about selecting you in the future. I am a Hilton Honors customer and this was just a bad experience to what I considered my home hotels. I have a lot of future trips to this area planned and really wanted to stay in a Hilton Honors facility. Based on this past trip I will have to rethink this for sure.

Convenient

I hav stayed here several times. The rooms are getting kind of "tired", and the attention to detail is lacking. We had no phone book, and despite calling the front desk, we never got one. They did give us the phone number we needed. The bedskirt on one bed was torn in a very visible spot, and there was a lightbulb missing is a bathroom fixture. We reported this, but it was not replaced. We only stayed one night, however. I am a Hilton Honors Member and there was supposed to be a coupon for two free waters in my check-in packet. It was missing, but they gladly allowed me to get the two waters from the pantry store. With just a little attention to quality and detail, this could be top notch Hilton Garden Inn. Staff was very courteous.
