Very pleasant staff, very comfortable rooms.
The buffett breakfast is pretty limited.

Loved the outside hot tub, the deep pool, warm apple cider in lobby. We will be coming back.
The mattress was okay, but could be better.

Facilities were very nice - the restaurant, hot tub and pool, and conference areas.
I don't usually stay here because I prefer to stay downtown, but this time the conference was at the hotel, so it was convenient.

We had a room change with no problem, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful.
The dining room staff were pleasant and efficient, the food very good. We decided to have dinner there as well as lunch.
The grab and go breakfast was very good and ideal before our early flight.

The staff were wonderful, as was the room, value for money and facilities, especially the pool facilities.
I have been staying at this hotel periodically over the past 15 years or so, without any complaints whatsoever.
