We enjoyed the food at the Turquoise Trail immensely and the bartender that took care of us was extremely polite and professional. Went out of his way to take care of our needs.
Yes, we lost money at roulette and black jack.

It was very comfortable, nice facilities.
I would have given the staff a 10 but there was one female bartender that seemed to refuse to wait on us. We went twice and both times she would walk by without even acknowledging us. Sorry to be so picky.
