Staff was excellent. Perfect location from Sanford airport. IHOP was just next door and the Budget car rental beside the IHOP. Our departure day started off with a snafu when my earring fell in the sink and down the drain. Contacted the front desk and Richard (maintenance staff) arrived. He was excellent and very knowledgeable.....removed the drain pipe and had my earring out in 5 minutes. WOW!!! I couldn't thank him enough.

I would cange is the low toilets too low for handicape or elderly people close to the airportis a big plus i just loved the place

Security - door knob not completely secured (loose). Smelled a little musty.

Entering to a smelly, hot, outdated room, with a phone message light that kept blinking, despite my calling the desk 6 times. Finally covered the phone with a pillow

We arrived late and left early, very convenient to Sanford Airport. Clean, comfortable, great price.
No hair dryer, luckily one in our party had one. Shower head very low. Booked for 4, only had 2 faceclothes, too late to bother calling for more. Not bad for the price.
