We had excellent service in the hotel restaurant. Two women in particular, Jessica who attended our table in a friendly, welcoming manner in the evening restaurant, and Chanice offering friendly, professional service each morning at breakfast.

I liked that you had a fridge at the front desk with an assortment of foods, snacks and drinks. And the tea and coffee service at the front.
The upgrades were wonderful to the rooms as I have stayed there before. We come for every Amway conference and we like the convenience of location and the your staff is always accommodating especially the front desk and dining room staff. Your food is very good and priced extremely well.
Our room was not cleaned properly at all, there were no fresh towels, coffee tea, soap etc. the first day after we arrived, and the only thing done was the bed. The wash cloths smelt like it had been used with chemicals to clean the tub, garbage was not dumped, used cups were left along with the open tea and sugar packets. Very disappointing, I reported it, and your maintenance man who was extremely polite and helpful took care of us right away. This was not a common occurrence so I was quite shocked. But other than that I would say we enjoyed ourselves once again.

Main reason for choosing Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Airport: 地点
When I arrived the welcoming clerk took the time to make sure all of my needs were met including getting my seats for my flight the next day, assuring me about the frequency transportation to the airport that would be available to me for my flight going out and for my returning flight; what the services of the hotel consisted of including the times they were available; all this while juggling an incoming delivery and three phone calls. Wow! Now that's what I call service!!!!!
I felt the dinner at the hotel was much too rich and did not offer plain salads or food that were less rich.
