This is my second stay at this hotel. I stayed here in 2003,and when the chance occurred to visit San Francisco a second time, well, I membered the wonderful time that I had at this hotel. I did not consider another place. The location, staff, customer service, and quality of the rooms is outstanding.

The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.
I prefer Community Coffee..but you have no control over that...

It was beautiful and in a really convenient location. It was really easy to find and I have no complaints.
The breakfast was expensive but what would you expect from such a nice hotel.
