Breakfast was just ok
Staff was so so. Room VERY small; bathroom door didn't close properly; bathroom door wouldn't unlock; overall feeling of the hotel was low class and all this for $211. The only reason I chose it was because Marriott was full.

AC unit wasn't working, informed the front desk, she wrote it down, no one checked the unit the next day, 80 degrees in the room, had to sleep with window opened, listening to highway traffic all night.

The price was reasonable.
I wish they offered eggs & sausage or biscuits & sausage for the continental breakfast. Will probably look for a hotel that offers a better continental breakfast next time.

Location was great. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only light that worked was the bright light over the bed. One light had no bulb and the other had a bulb but didn't work. I arrived around 9:30pm and there was no hot water so I had a cold shower.

The staff was very polite
The air conditioning in my room was broken , and no to water in the shower. And water pressure was low.

The location to our relatives as well as the price.
Not really. Although the room is "smaller" then other hotels, it's clean and all that's needed for a visit since we only sleep there! This was our 2nd visit this year and would definitely use Microtel again.

We have done a lot of traveling and have not met a more helpful group than the staff at Microtel. A great breakfast selection was provided. Will be back!
Would have liked water provided in the room.

The beds were comfortable, and non-smoking facility made our stay very pleasant. Rooms were very clean and fairly maintained.
Disappointed at no swimming pool or workout facility when other hotels in the area that were comparably priced had both. Also disappointed in what was offered for the continental breakfast. Mostly carb-filled fare which aren't conducive to a diabetic.
