The hotel was only about a 5 minute drive from downtown Salt Lake City so my girlfriend and I were able to see a lot of the city on our short trip. The price was great especially for a younger couple wanting to travel without a lot of money.
We were towards the end of the hallway and the wireless did not reach our room. I am not sure if this is a common occurrence or if it was just a bad wifi day but either way we were a little upset about that.

Convenient to SLC airport - less than 10 minute drive. It was quiet so one could rest undisturbed.
There were no towel racks in the bathroom, so there was no place to hang used towels. Breakfast was rather disappointing. They advertise free WiFi, but unless you get up at 5 a.m. to use it, they don't have enough bandwidth for it to be a useful service. Fortunately for me, there was one lobby computer that had a direct broadband connection and for reasons I don't understand - no one else bothered to use it while I was there (probably because so many people are using their smartphones now). The hotel was okay for a single person, but didn't work very well for a family because of the too small bathroom.

Close to freeway.
Room wasn't cleaned. After calling later the manager said I lied and that the room was clean. Bad stay!

FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY. Carpet looks to be 20 years old.
Housekeeping showed up after 5:30 PM
Room is worse than a dormitory. Lighting is a bad joke.

Close and convenient. Honest staff. My soon left his iPod under his pillow accidentally i thought for sure someone would have picked it up never to be seen again but they had it at the front desk waiting for him long after we had left. I was pleasantly surprised.
