The staff were accomodating and friendly. The price for what you get was great. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and nicely laid out. The facilities were good with good hours to use the swimming pool and exercise room.
Because of the proximity of the breakfast area to the lobby/check in area, it got cold every time the doors opened so we needed to wear our coats to breakfast.

Location was good - near fast food outlets and transport to Temple Square.
Efficient and friendly reception staff.
Free bus shuttle from airport to hotel and knowledgeable staff.
The carpets on Level 4 were being replaced during our stay and no notices warned that certain areas of this floor were not accessible from some of the lifts.
Cold wind from door opening automatically, especially when sitting down for breakfast.
