All staff were wonderful. Very helpful and caring. I had left my laptop bag in the parking lot and did not realize until I arrived in Nova Scotia. It was secured and kept safe until I was able to pick up 4 days later. Many Thanks!!!

We have stayed here many, many times (for years) of going back and forth to Nova Scotia to a second home. However, sadly, this last trip was to sell the home as my Mom passed last year. Staff and convenience always good.
Was told that the dog made a lot of noise barking and scratched the door (she misses her Mom as well). BUT NOT TOLD until our return trip which really upset my Dad. Then same night another barking dog in hotel. We apologize - did not know the dog was having separation anxiety. Should have been told that night so we could take her with us.
