The 24 hour desk was very helpful as I arrived quite late.

Clean and efficient. Very easy to book online with you
The digital television did not work but I didn't really watch it and I did not ask them to fix it so I cannot rate that against them.

Excellent rooms, location, etc. Particularly helpful was a note on the television about how to work the newly installed system.
Continental Breakfast needed more than bagels and English muffins.
