The location to downtown
Front desk staff member was not very friendly.
room did not have their landlines connected - I had to go down to the front desk to let them know.
we traveled with our child and booked a room with a sofa sleeper but there were no linens/blankets/pillows in the room - again I had to go down to the front desk to ask.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

My stay was brief however pleasant. Nice area and the hotel was right down the street from pretty much everything. We enjoyed the fact that there was a pretty good sized fridge in room along with microwave. The look of the hotel was modern yet cozy fitting for a true Ruidoso look..the breakfast was great and plenty of it. We woke uo late and got there about 30 minutes till it was over and they had just brought out a fresh batch of breakfast items. Over all we had a great stay and a good nights rest.

We had nice, comfortable accommodations at the Hotel Ruidoso. Room was clean with all expected amenities and even microwave and mini-refrigerator. Bed was comfy. Everything was modern and worked. We enjoyed the in-town location, yet the room still afforded a view of the mountains. A deer was grazing in the yard next door. Cute. The free breakfast had a good selection of items. The fitness room was also fun. Overall a great experience at a reasonable price.
