The pool and breakfast.
The show head blasts such fine high powered blasts of water that they almost hurt my skin and I advised my husband not to use the shower. The shower head was not adjustable.

The décor.
Our bed mattress had a hole in the middle of it. Very uncomfortable sleeping. The bathroom is pretty tight even for one person, there is no place to put a toiletry bag for one. No racks to hang towels on either. Kind of poor planning here.

Great location and close to airport
The bed was awful. Did not rest well at all. They need to replace the beds with newer ones. Hotel is right next to freeway so you hear traffic all night long.

We liked the wheel chair accessibility. There were plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean.
The room could have used better dusting. The bedspread seemed like it had not been washed in a while.

It was close to the event I was working at. Room was made up and cleaned every night I returned. Very comfortable place to stay. Feels "homey".

Good location for our interests (Rib Mountain)
Very few towels at the pool. When we reported this to the desk person, she said "well we have a lot of people here this weekend." I think that they knew this going into the weekend and should have planned for it (I doubt that the occupancy level was a result of people "just showing up at the last minute).

Very comfortable. The fact that you accepted our k9 part of the family made this hotel extremely convenient. We will always use this hotel when visiting family. It is very nice.
