The shuttle service was wonderful and very accommodating. They took us to multiple events and picked us up when we called. Everyone called us by name and were very helpful. The renovated rooms are beautiful.
Yes. Our shower did not provide hot water . We had to have an engineer check it the first morning. That evening it was still not fixed and an engineer had to be summoned again. The second morning it was finally hot. Very disappointing for any property much less one that is 5 star! I would hope this is just an isolated experience.

Attentive staff, attention to detail.
Turn down service would have been appreciated. Too many heavy pillows and bulky items to move around before bed.

Everything was so beautifully decorated for Christmas and all the staff were very helpful. The room was excellent and we especially enjoyed the tv in the bathroom mirror. It was an excellent trip. Ten thumbs up!
