The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are clean and close to airport.
They no longer have a restaurant there and only a continental breakfast which doesn’t quite
Cut it! Toast is the hottest thing on the menu. No eggs as such.

Prompt, courteous service from the check-in and check-out staff.
Minor problem: the fluorescent light in the bathroom was not working properly and a part of the coffee maker was missing.

We just stayed there 2 nites ---Had to catch a plane early in the morning, & got back very late at nite. Didn't have much time there. Very convenient for leaving our car there.
Not having a restraint.

I liked it's location close to the Oak Street Bridge and just off Bridgeport Rd. I was glad to get free parking and our room was quiet.

WE were picked up at Vancouver Airport - and dropped off again by efficient and polite shuttle drivers. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. It was ideal for us as we arrived in Vancouver late at night, settled in to our room quickly and were given directions to a bar a minute's walk away, which was also staffed by friendly waitresses and bar staff. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again in the same circumstances

My room is nice, coffee maker nice, love the continental bkfst....We have been staying at your hotel for over 10 years....a lovely traditional first & last day of our holidays.

We got there about noon, but thankfully they got a room ready for us long before the 3pm check in time. The free shuttle from the airport was nice too.
This was my third visit to this hotel. Nice colour hi definition tv. Food service was very good.

I was thrilled to have a room after a very long trip, arriving at 1:30am.
Check in was fast and simple.
I was dissapointed that there was only one bed, a queen but, not large enough for the 2 of us. I would have preferred a king or, 2 queen beds. And, because there was only one bed, I presume that was the reason why there weren't more towells nor enough coffee for 2 persons.
