It was a very busy weekday and a huge inconvenience that the shuttle was extremely late, skipping a scheduled stop both to and from the airport. I had to take a lat minute taxi to get to the airport after waiting 40 minutes for the shuttle. The desk people were of no help at all.

Hotel & staff was very nice. Location was the most important thing, as our flight arrived very late...
Only 2 things: (1) the window was not able to opened very much & (2) there was a strange smell in the room.... These things were very minor & would not stop us from staying at the hotel I the future!

The staf was courtious and very helpfull, as we were provided with an early checkin for the very reasonable fee, this was greatly appreciated after the 14 hour flight from Sydney Australlia

Front desk staff were exceptional and accommodating. Cleaning staff were also helpful. Hotel was quite quiet. The bathroom was fantastic.
