Met with Kayce, the event coordinator, regarding a stay next April. There will be approximately 40 family members traveling from San Diego for my son's wedding. Kayce was wonderful! Very helpful and reassuring. All the staff was courteous and helpful. Housekeeping was quick to respond when we needed to change out the feather pillows for foam due to an allergy.

Very spacious, clean and bright, both in our room and throughout the whole hotel. Helpful staff. Loved our stay.

The location of the hotel. It's right next to the freeway and we can have breakfast right there at the hotel.
When we checked in, the front desk clerk was very cold. She didn't even crack a smile. She didn't even look at us. We'd never experienced something like that at any other hotels and we trave the world. It was such an unpleasant experience during our stay.
We usually stayed at Marriott Hotels and loved it every single time. That was our first time with Hilton because of the location.
The next morning when we checked out, the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and polite.
So I hope it was just one incident at this particular Hilton with an unhappy woman when we checked in.

I was very impressed with the staff and how clean the hotel is. It was very pleasant to stay and since I had to stay by myself, I am so glad that they put me in a room that was close to the lobby. I will definately stay again when I return to Redding in February.
