The staff was exceptional. We needed assistance up and down steps for my elderly mother in the Theater for a concert. The staff took care of her walker and assisted her to her seat. After the concert the staff came back to assist her back. We had several different staff members and they were so nice and helpful. We also had excellent service in the Minnehaha Cafe. Everyone from check in to eating and the concert was an awesome experience.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, fun atmosphere
I didn't like how you could not bring alcohol in the hotel. The drink prices were way over priced.

My friend and I went to Mystic Lake Casino Resort for a weekend getaway. This was our first casino experience and it was fabulous! I was especially impressed with the security. That was initially a big concern, but after arriving we felt completely safe the whole time. The valet service was fantastic, every staff menber we spoke with was very helpful and courteous, rooms were spacious and clean, and there were plenty of other things to do besides the casino area. It was such a fun weekend. We will be back!
I cannot think of anything I did not like about the resort and hotel.
