It was a very pleasant stay, even though it was an unusually crowded time (alumni reunion and graduation at Princeton University.) The staff was always very kind and helpful, and the environment of the hotel, as well as that of its surroundings were very nice. Independence Way offers a refreshing wood setting.

There was no refrigerator in the room. Also, there were problems with the wireless internet. When I called the front desk about these problems they were not helpful. Also, the window shades were completely see-through and let sunlight in early in the morning.

The staff in the dining room was wonderful and very accommodating to my family, we can at the end of the allotted time and he made sure we had fresh eggs not the ones that had been sitting there all morning. Even gave my husband and I a to go cup of coffee!!!
There is only (1) washing machine and dryer. Travel with my son for lacrosse it is necessary to wash the uniforms each night, the hotel was completely booked, I had to wait until 12 midnight to finally use the machines. I had to be up at 6am. Next time I will ask before I book a hotel. I also booked a room with 2 queen beds and they tried to give me a room with a full bed and pull out sofa. I went right back down to the desk and they changed my room but they were not happy about it.

Die Heizung/Klimaanlage ist sehr laut.

Close to meetings I had to attend. Facility was up-to-date and well maintained. Staff was friendly.
Hotel and restaurant seemed under staffed. Ice cold center in chicken at dinner, but replacement burger was fine. Flapper in toilet never worked right for the two days I was there (room 414). After I departed, calls to ask about left items were frustrating as evening staff doesn't have keys to lost & found (odd).
