Loved the roaring fire place, the bar, the room service and the sweet rooms. The staff were very friendly and took good care of us. I also loved the location in town, you can walk anywhere to eat and shop.

The excellent service, hospitality and genuine warmth exhibited by the staff in the lobby and the restaurant, and the truly charming ambiance of the hotel. The suite we stayed in (Rm 204) was perfect in every way.

Love the atmosphere, the warm cozy lobby with fire in fireplace, the staff is super friendly and the restaurant has one of the best breakfasts we've ever had.
I would like to have had a rug in the room rather than getting up to bare floor. But I understand because we were on the pet floor. Otherwise, room was very nice; coffee maker, fridge, etc., and good TV.

Have been here many times and enjoy the convenience of having a nice dining room without leaving the hotel.
Lack of handicap parking and having to park across the street after dropping off husband and then walking back to hotel by myself after dark.
