Am not sure I like booking with 3rd party1) I had a late arrival and diffuclty finding phone number or someone to help. 2) There was confusion with my reservation-room was double booked. They/Hilton person was VERY helpful and found us another room. Thank you, Tami

Service of the staff was very good, friendly.

The staff is always courteous and friendly. Rooms are clean and neat no surprises!!

Don't like the menu on the TV the local channels are hidden. They're trying to force you to buy a movie.

The service was pretty weird. I ordered a Gran Marnier ($14) and received about a 1/4-1/2 inch of liquer at the bottom of a snifter. I complained to the bartender. F.U. On the way up to the elevator, the concierge asked if there was anything he could do. I pointed out the drink situation, and he referred me to the desk. The desk called the bar and then took the drink and refunded me. Later I went to the bar to get a food order. They rather icily said "you're the guy who complained about the drink, right?" I stay in a lot of nice places, and spend a lot of money in them. Perhaps you should visit some other places in town to learn about customer service.

Very poor service in bar on last night we were there.
