Welcoming and friendly, smiling staff (a smile goes a long way) and a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude. Even the cleaning staff wished us a 'good morning' every day and the reception team were really helpful.

The room was very clean and very well setout for the wheelchair.
The service for breakfast was very good and a good selection.
The arrangements for our stay with the wheelchair was first class, thank you all.

The hotel is perfectly located in the small fishing village of Port-En-Bessin, sitting on the quayside with rooms at the front enjoying a view of the local boats coming and going. An excellent and relaxing bar in the foyer and friendly staff. We have stayed here before and will do so again.
Nothing to dislike.
