This was my very first stay at the hotel and I loved it. It was walking distance to everything from shopping to groceries. I will definately be staying there again.

I appreciated being given a room located perfectly for my circumstances (i.e. traveling alone...given room next to elevator on 4th floor with window facing out to the entrance, etc.) Also, I always appreciate the opportunity to meander through your courtyard(s).

Close by location to our destination. Reasonably well appointed and clean room.
Room 320 - The bed was awful. The mattress was flat and hard. The bed spring/support frame squeeked every time you moved. Very uncomfortable. Neither my wife nor I got any sleep. A real distraction from the rest of the room accommodations. I let the Desk clerk know about the situation and he said he would advise the hotel mgmt. The bed needs to be replaced - let's hope they do that.

The location, staff, and facilities were all excellent. I liked the free Wi-fi and the coffee maker in the room was great.

Checking out!
Our room faced the freeway.....very noisy. Kept us awake, and disturbed sleep off and on. Our bed (king ) was not comfortable. We had a horrible night, and would not go here again.

Convenient location
Requested second luggage stand for room 3 - 4 times of three different front desk persons over the course of two days - each assuring me it would be delivered quickly....took two to three days for it to be delivered...also,on one evening it sounded like a basketball game being played on the floor above - I thought the rooms were supposed to be sound proofed?
