Absolutely everything!My husband and I were staying there with you in the desert during record-breaking heat wave and the staff were wonderful about making sure we had bottled water on the airport pickup van and when we headed out for recreation. The linens smelled like fresh sun-dried on a clothesline!I liked the thermostatic control in each room. My favorite staff was the man who kept the kitchen area immaculately clean, well stocked and organized because he greeted each one of us as though he were inviting us into his own home! If I ever have to go to Phoenix again, you can be sure this is the one place I want to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also being able to leave our car and get a shuttle to the airport and back were great.

Free breakfast every morning.

We were staying over the night before we left for hawii for our one year anniversry.... I ask if a bottle of champagne could be put in the room for our arrival... I was told this service was unavailable... I was asked to stay on the line for a moment in which I did...when the man who was helping me came back, he said that actually he would take care of that request...when I ask the amount it would be for this service he said...dont worry about it, I'll take care of it... Well I was amazed at this....the staff made our night before stay...wonderful...thank you....and...I would highly recommend...and...they got us to the airport in comfort and with ease.

The breakfast was good

Nikki who had picked us up at the airport 2 weeks earlier recognized us and took great care of us, besides recommending the best Italian restaurant we've eaten at in Phoenix. Her smile and manner made our arrival an event. Besides the great beds, wonderful breakfast and other staff, we always stay at Airport South when in Phoenix, no matter where we are going.

Appreciate the ability to leave my car in your lot as I traveled the shuttle to the airport was very helpful

When I returned I ended up at the Mesa airport and your shuttle does not connect there. the cost of the shuttle makes it cheaper to stay at a hotel closer to the mesa airport. If you can make that run ...even at a small price would be appreciated

Nous aimons bien au Hampton Inn SUD COMME IL EST MERVEILLEUX AU faire la navette pour l'aéroport et ramassé et pu laisser nos AUTO DANS VOTRE PARKING ... TOUS SANS FRAIS SUPPLÉMENTAIRES. Nous sommes allés là chaque fois que nous FLY DE PHOENIX. NOUS AUSSI BON hall d'accueil avec un petit magasin DISPONIBLE, BISCUITS ET BOISSONS OFFERTES AUX CLIENTS ET un bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Les chambres sont confortables ET PROPRE.
