Over all very pleasant. Breakfast crew exceptional. Especially Joann. Also enjoyed the pool and the hours available. Fitness area great. Of course your location is execellent.
Small area of bathroom floor, not so clean. Behind door and hard to see.

I loved being able to go to the Reading Market and the local landmarks...The facility had it all!
I think the facility is huge. As a result- I had great difficulty until the second day understanding my ability to get around and find the location of the many events .
My suggestion would be to find ways to better acclimate the guests when they first arrive...reception desk people inform guest and hand out maps... st up a more centralized map/location...
I even found the online maps difficult to get a handle on... so I loved my stay in Philadelphia.
This would be my only recommendation... get people comfortable quicker with the facility layout...

The expected Marriott Quality..
Very friendly & helpful staff.
Only one minor negative: tea was not replenished for the room's self-brewing feature. Minor and I could have notified the desk.

We had great service and the room was very comfortable and clean. My husband and I also enjoyed being able to walk most places we needed to go.
