Rooms very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast!
Ice machines on floors 2 and 3 did not work for the two days we stayed there. I reported this to reception early Friday evening and they were still not functioning on Saturday. However, I was able to get ice on the main floor. Not really convenient as I was located on the third floor.

Spacious room. The choice of hard/soft pillows was a nice touch.
It was a winter weekend, boys hockey teams. We were given a room "Far, Far" away from them. This was also nice!

The room and hotel were as advertised. No bad surprises. Comfortable bed.
By purchasing by phone from the corporation I was quoted a good price, but was not informed that it was in $US! That means that on the currency conversion my card was billed over 20% more than the agreed rate, and what I would have paid at the front desk. Be very careful to check which currency is being quoted.

Breakfast was a bonus. Our room (335) was in a relatively quiet zone of the hotel. There was ample parking and it was really easy to get to our room from the car. There were amenities we did not use (WiFi, pool) which might be nice on some other occasion. Generally the hotel was quiet, and therefore restful as a place to stay. Reception desk staff were efficient and helpful, and got us checked in and checked out more quickly that I have seen at many other places.
Even though we were in a non-smoking room, it was pretty obvious that someone on the floor was smoking. The floor construction is too hollow to absorb the pounding of teenage feet racing around the hallways occasionally. The TV remote needs to be replaced; it nearly fell apart when I used it. And the breakfast area is too small for the number of people who use it; hard to get food, hard to find a place to sit to enjoy it. And this was October, not the height of tourist season.
