The staff is spectacular. I arrived late after a very long, very stressful drive -- the kitchen was closed -- but the staff jumped right in and took care of us. They were pleasant and positive and took great care of us throughout the trip.
They really need to sign up for a couple of movie services. C'mon guys -- you are a terrific hotel in a beautiful building -- get into this century!
