My room was awesome. Loved the recessed lighting,the decor and the cleanliness. The staff really made me feel welcome. Thank you!
Just one suggestion: The entrance says "Syms" which is a little confusing.
Is it possible to put a sign for your hotel at that entrance and mark the exit more clearly?
(I can't rate the services/facilities because I did not have time to use them)
