Great location. Bed was wonderful so soft. The room was clean and neat. It had everything you could need to feel at home. The staff was so friendly.
Parking can be a bit of a challenge.

Loved that all the rooms had balconies overlooking the gulf!!! Beautiful view and lovely to sit and gaze at the water and beautiful sunsets.
The breakfast was pretty sparse and not varied at all , we happened to stay for four nights so we actually went out for breakfast by the third day.

Parking is a problem but overflow across the street helps.

Parking could be improved. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay like always.

I AM A PERSON WHO SUFFERS FROM MINEARS DISEASE AND IT GET WORSE AS YEARS GO BY. I CAN NOT HAVE A ROOM ABOVE 3RD FLOOR. AN ATTENDENT FROM YOUR PLACE GUARANTEED A ROOM AT 3 OR 4 WHICH I AGREED. I GOT THERE AND THE WOMAN TRIED TO ASSIGN ME A ROOM ON THE 8TH FLOOR. SHE TRADED ROOMS WITH SOMEONE ELSE THAT WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD HAVE A 5TH FLOOR ROOM. I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS AMAZING THAT YOU COULD PROMISE THEM A 5TH BUT COULD NOT PROMISE ME A 3RD FOR MEDICAL PROBLEMS. THE POSITION OF THE ROOM MADE MY STAY VERY FRUSTRADING AT TIMES. WOMAN WAS NICE THOUGH.

Location to attractions
Small pool, parking and odor in basement at elevator/parking area. Complimatary breakfast serving area disorganized (garbage can at the beginning of serving line instead of the end or away from food)
