From the moment we walked through the door,we were made very welcome. TheaRae on front desk was extremely helpful, booked our Lake Powell boat trip within minutes of us arriving. Later advised on laundry, and even came to our room to sort the microwave for us. If this is her normal standard , then she should recognised by management as I highly regarded member of staff. Also breakfast room attendant was very attentive to your needs too.
Room was extremely clean and comfortable, unfortunately we only stayed one night but we certainly enjoyed our time spent in your hotel

The breakfast menu was not too varied. However, for the price we payed for the hotel, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus.

Akzeptables Preis /Leistungsverhältnis, Tanke gleich neben an. Halt eben ein typisches US Standard Motel, noch relativ neu, Frühstück absolut ok, etwas außerhalb vom "Zentrum" gelegen, aber darauf kam es uns nicht an.
Da gibt es nichts zu meckern.
Nö, war soweit alles ok

The hotel location was good for us because we were renting a boat the next morning for Lake Powell and it was on the right end of town. I liked that it was across the street from a Walmart, however it would have been safer and nicer if there had been a side walk and pedestrian lanes on the roads when we had to cross a busy road to get to Walmart (or the McDonalds as well.)
The breakfast room was small. When I went outside to eat my breakfast, a man lit up a cigar and so I had to go inside to eat my breakfast. The orange juice tasted like a powdered drink. The front desk person didn't seem too into her job. Overall, it was a pleasant stay-things seemed cleaned and well taken care of and it was quiet at night and I felt safe.

Enjoyed the small indoor pool. The bed was comfortable.
The room was very cold and we could not get the heat to come on so we just went to bed and covered up. In the morning it was really cold. We finally called and someone came and were able to get the buttons on the heater to function and blow hot air not cold. That was our main complaint. The hotel breakfast was not the best.
