Very close to everything we needed.
Rust stains in toilet, found 2 small bugs flying around the room, sheets on bed had 2 rips. There was a bunch of hockey kids staying in the hotel and they were playing hockey right in the hallway outside of our door and no one stopped them. They also made a mess of popcorn in the hallway which was left there all day.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that we could park right outside the patio doors to our room.
I did not like the fact that I was required to give the hotel my credit card number when I checked in. I had already prepaid for the room.
