The proximity to the hospital and the grey bus stops there. Perfect
The second day my bed was not made although it was obvious someone had entered the room and straighten the towels. The sink area was not clean when I arrived. Behind the taps and on the spout there was white paste splatters, like tooth paste splatters.I cleaned it myself. Other than that I felt very safe there and the bed was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

I like the fact the we were able to get into our room earlier than 3:pm
Also we asked for a late check out as we had come up to attend a funeral. There was no hesitation from the front line staff to accommodate this request.
