I appreciated the proximity to the Ottawa international airport and the early morning shuttle service to the airport. The room was very appealing and clean. I enjoyed a comfortable sleep on both of my stays. The food service and reception desk staff were friendly and professional. The meals in the hotel restaurant were delicious and I enjoyed the selection of Mill St. beers. A pleasant experience overall. Thank you.

The staff was wonderful, especially at the front desk and in the restaurant. The fitness centre is compact and quite good. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable.
For people not familiar with the area it was difficult to find a way in. That should change when the construction is complete.

Front desk staff were extremely polite and knowledgeable, regardless of the time of day or night.
Ordered a glass of red wine in the restaurant. Drank some of it and noticed sediment at the bottom. Informed the waiter who explained that this sometimes happens with a full-bodied wine. He did not, however, offer to replace or credit us.

No bathmat for floor of bathtub and was very slippery and unsafe for seniors such as myself but especially my wife as she has a slight problem with balance.
