Invest in new towels and the place needs a makeover. It is not inexpensive to stay. See what the Westin has done

We love the location. It is close to all the activities we love to do.
We stayed in room 353 and I must say it was very noisy. Next year my husband and I will request an inner room.

This was our first trip to Ottawa, we did a lot of sight seeing. It was great because everything was walking distacne, I liked because didn't have to drive while I was on holidays. We liked that this hotel is in a great location, it's in the middle of everything. It is a little expensive but it was great, I will go back to this hotel when I go back to Ottawa.
The staff a the front desk was helpfull explaining were thing were located.
Before I booked this hotel I read all the reviews, this was helpfull.

The room was well appointed and the bed very comfortable.
What I didn't like was the fact that the windows cannot be opened. Gave the feeling of being too closed in.
