We always try and stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels as they usually are exceptionally clean...... this was not the case this time.

The pillows, room was clean except for the live bug found crawling up the wall.
Not happy about the bug in our second story room. Had to ask two days in a row to have our room supplied with four sets of bath linens for the four people in the room. Breakfast could have been better but had a good enough variety to be able to pick and choose.
