Lovely views around the lake, pool good size and very clean, plenty of lifts never had to wait no noise from outside we had a room over the pool good views no noise from air conditioning.

Convenience for the airport. Friendly helpful staff.

When we returned from our trip to Maryland last Thursday (9/1) we needed to pick up our car that we had paid to leave in your parking lot after staying at your hotel on 8/24. Our plane was two hours late because of the storm and we were very tired. Outside of the airport the Marriott van driver could not understand that I wanted to be taken to the Marriott at the airport and easily visible immediately one leaves the airport on the north side. He wanted the name of the Marriott because there are a number of Marriott hotels around the airport and we should go and call that Marriott so they could pick us up. i had to convince him that although I did not know the specific name of the 'airport' Marriott I did know where I wanted to go and that it was your hotel immediately north of the airport. Our plane was three hours late, my wife is disabled and we still had to drive home sixty miles in stormy weather. I am 83 and I was not amused! It all worked out in the end but I did not need the hassle. After a tip and the arrival of United air crew that wanted to go to the Marriott at the airport the driver was more friendly. I had not intended to complain but you sent me this questionnaire.

We enjoyed the location & close proximity to the airport. Also liked the bar. The staff was very nice.

The fact that it didn't have a coffee shop for breakfast or lunch. That is always a plus for us.
