Location, availability of access to services in hotel and airport lobby.
Bag pickup and transfer to cruise.
Very quiet and comfortable.
They kept clothing we left behind in room, were able to pick it up on our way back through. Thank you.
Wanted concierge, apparently wasn't available for our party of 5.

Hotel is right in the terminal, thus making it easy for an early morning departure, and is a wonderful full-service place to stay.

You can't get any closer to the airport. You're IN the airport. Everything was classy.
Bathroom counter is too small. Definitely a one person at a time experience.

The friendly and informative bell boys so friendly also staff in dining room
There is only one Resturant open at the moment and it was extremely cold most people were asking for tables to be changed because of the air conditioning

The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. Checkout time seemed later than most hotels, which was a blessing since my flight was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. The location couldn't be more convenient for anyone taking a flight.
