Their was always some one at front desk

Where the room was 132 was a lot staff traffic noise out side of door nice bad room loction

The location was very good, in close proximity to where we needed to be.

THE RUDEST FRONT DESK STAFF I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. A TERRIBLE SET UP WITH A PARTY ROOM BEING JUST OFF OF THE FRONT LOBBY, WHERE THE PARTY SPILLS OUT INTO THE LOBBY!!!! On our return I booked the Quality Inn up the street from the Travelodge and must say the overall experience was like night and day. We would NEVER stay at the Travelodge again, even though it has been one of my favourite places to stay in Toronto Ontario.

I occupied a suite and it was really comfortable and clean. I was impressed with the facilities available in my room and in the hotel generally considering it is supposed to be a budget hotel. It was so comfortable, I always looked forward to returning to my room at the end of the day. Though I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the cleaning staff, the issue was immediately dealt with and resolved by the manager once I made a complaint. I would therefore say that on the whole the staff were cautious and professional yet friendly.I definitely would go back again given the opportunity.

Breakfast was always the same ol' same ol'. No variety. But I guess it is a budget hotel, at the end of the day.
