El wifi es lento y se cae, la PC del lobby nunca pude realizar lo que necesitaba

Staff was very helpful and warm. The breakfast was great. I got an online special for 36.00 per night. It wAs excellent for the price.

We'll one of my lights did not work in my room.

On 10/12/13, the shuttle from the airport was very slow in picking us up, motel was overbooked and we were sent to Ramada Inn (same owner). Ramada was only marginal and did not provide the complimentary breakfast or transportation back to the airport for our cruise shuttle the next morning and we had to pay for a taxi. On our return from the cruise on 10/20/13, we were able to stay at the motel. The room's front door did not lock correctly, there were limited towels and most of the lamps and wall lights did not work. We were not expecting a five-star resort, but this motel was far below our expectations.

Nous avons aimé le petit déjeuner (composé de trois types de céréales avec ou sans lait , la machine à gaufres avec sirop d'érable à disposition, le pain grillée avec de la confiture ou du beurre ,le café , thé et jus d 'orange et de pomme), la grande piscine et le jacuzzi, la végétation , le frigo, le lavabo en dehors de la salle de bain, le micro-ondes, le parking gratuit devant la réception, l' ordinateur et l accès wifi gratuit à disposition dans la réception, l'ATM dans la réception, l' emplacement qui était près de l'aéroport d'Orlando et de Sea World,Gatorland et du "Florida Mall". Le confort de cette chambre nous allait très bien.

Nous avons moins aimé la salle de gym qui avait 2 tapis roulants et 1 vélo de salle - le vélo était cassé et un des 2 tapis roulant était hors service donc seulement un tapis était utilisable et en plus la salle de gym était assez loin de notre chambre. Nous n'avons pas aimés le fait que le petit déjeuner finissait à 9h - c'était trop tôt pour les familles comme nous. Nous aurions préférés avoir une table à manger dans la chambre mais cela nous as pas beaucoup dérangés. Les meubles étaient un peu vieillots dans la chambre ( même si cela nous gênait pas trop) mais pendant qu'on passait notre séjour dans cet hôtel, nous avons vu des personnes qui enlevaient les vieux meubles des chambres pour mettre des nouveaux meubles modernes ( bonne nouvelle)! Pour conclure, nous avons bien aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel,c'était une merveilleuse affaire rapport/qualité/prix et cela nous a largement suffit du côté équipement de l'hôtel, mais si vous cherchez un hôtel très luxueux, ce n'est pas un hôtel pour vous.

Close to airport, food, etc. and cheap

The shuttle was "down" and i was told to go next door, as they were transporting people. guy at the counter was less then enthused to assist when i informed him of what i was told. i was asked who told me to come over, why, etc...hell man, i just need a ride to the airport. that close to the airport you should have a shuttle at all times.

We had a couple of problems--the water faucet in the bathtub didn't work and the coffee pot was missing a lid--which were each taken care of as soon as we reported them. So, I appreciated the prompt service.

If the airport shuttle had longer hours, I could have saved a day of car rental.
