Loved my corner room, decor, green tea in the morning.

It took way too long to get my car from valet.

The location is fantastic and the view from our room overlooking the Devon pools was beautiful. Complimentary bottles of water are the exception these days and were greatly appreciated. Fresh apples and lemon water were complimentary and a nice touch next to the front desk as well.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room and amenities were very nice for the price. Location was perfect for Bricktown and events at the arena.

Parking; when you pull up out front the parking attendant needs to give you thorough details regarding your parking options. Self park was not ideal and not acceptable for a woman traveling alone. Service in the restaurant was lacking.

The hotel staff and room was great!

The bar at the hotel was horrible. We were there for a after party of a wedding and the wait staff were rude. Every single one of them had an attitide. A glass got accidentally broken and it took over ten minutes for someone to clean it up. We told 3 different people and it still took that long. When someone finally came to clean it up, my boyfriend tried to help and the girl told him "dont help! That its just going to make her job harder!" Absolutely uncalled for. Also the bride and grook had reserved 2-3 months in advance a area for the guest to celebrate this wedding and they had no tables ready nor did they ever even try to accomadate the wedding request. I will nor will anyone in that wedding group ever stay at your hotel again due to the experience we had at your resturant/bar. You NEED to train your employees better on common curtesy when asking for such pricy rooms and very pricy drinks and food. Ridiculous!!

Great location to experience OK City. Loved being right down town, with Botanical Garden across the street and Brick Town and Canal a short walk away. Loved the free shuttle service. The room was large and well furnished. They have saved some of the grand old hotel feel in the lobby.

The only staff evident were the check-in clerks and the doormen... we didn't use room service but there were dirty trays in the hall and by the elevator the whole time we were there (2 nights). The staff wasn't very knowledgeable about either the city (they didn't know where Starbucks was even though it is located 3 blocks away) or their own events (we were there for a wedding and they had no idea what time things were scheduled for even though the actually wedding was in the garden and the reception was in this hotel). They were pleasant - just disorganized.

It was a wonderful hotel.

Parking was too expensive.
