Very friendly staff, wonderful beds
Needs a good clean. candies or something on floor near window?? opened window and dirt on sill and dead bugs. breakfast room needs some attention. when we got there, cereal crumbs on counter, not very tidy.

Room was clean and suitable.
No internet service and incredibly noisy surroundings to 3:30 am both nights. This was due to rowdy guests that that hotel staff did not request to quiet down. When requested to they did and it did work. I put up with it one night but the second night was too much. My daughter and I had to stop on our trip home to get some sleep just to be safe. We got the hotel room so that this would not happen. I am deeply upset with the experience and will not be staying there again on future trips to North Bay which is annually.

Close to the bay & boat. staff very helpful. Got into our room early. Thankyou !
Could have used more towels, soap, coffee & cups, other wise everything else was fine.
