Quality Suites Lake Wright - Norfolk Airport

The beds were really comfortable, we loved it that the location was really close to the airport.

It was very cozy and the space was great we had two full size and a sofa-bed that made it a well fit for 3 couples. It was amazing score with free breakfast, indoor pool and gym room all inclusive with you stay there. Staff where helpful and willing to make your stay worth wile.

Nice hotel, good food

The breakfast buffet was too crowded too wait. There were 35 people in line in fornt of me. The hallways, foyer area, and elevator were way too hot temperature wise.

Room smelled of smoke

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was also very accommodating. The front desk personnel (Samantha) was very helpful.

I think you should be aware that this hotel is being torn down

The staff was great. Food was ok the portions were plentiful large amounts. Of course we would like the food to be less processed and more natural no msg etc

The blanket in the closet were dirty, room smelled like cigarettes.

Pool and breakfast

Well first they put us in a room that smelled like cat urine and the thermostat didnt work for the air condtioning. We asked for a new room and they told us the room we were originally in was for pets and we didnt have any so why would you do that. They put us in a new room and the bathroom fan made such a loud noise that we couldnt use the lights and had to use a flashlight. Since we were tavelling with 2 kids we didnt want to move again after driving 6 hours. When we checked out we were asked how it was and we told him and he said sorry your receipt will be emailed. Soda machine took my money and said something to staff and was told i could buy water in the gift store, nothing like sorry heres your monney back or a bottle of water. Just plain old not happy about stay.
