I was not impressed by the security of my vehicle while I enjoyed your park and ride to the airport. I noticed now cameras or security near my vehicle wile I was in Ontario for 5 days Your gates were wide open for anyone to go in or out I think there could be much improvement in this aspect. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would use the hotel again if this problem was addressed.

Have stayed here before and have always found it to be clean and comfortable with perfect location to get to the airport.
In the past, long term parking was included in the price of the stay. This has been one of the reasons for staying here and having it be a separate fee added significantly to the cost of the stay.
