The staff were wonderful. The manager saw that I was waiting to ring up some items from their store and he walked over to make sure I didn't have to wait. He was also aware of an "issue" at check-in (even though he wasn't there when It happened) and he asked if everything was ok.

Location in Newport was great. It was our Anniversary and the front desk staff gave us a great room overlooking the water.

We used the public parking next door as it was free during our stay. Marriot needs parking.

Very convenient; loved the restaurant, especially the view on a snowy winter morning! All the staff were helpful, courteous and attentive. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. Very nice workout area, too!
