Fountain light shows are lovely.
The two geese, who live under our Delta 5035 window.
Every staff member we encountered, from waiter to valet to maintenance to shopkeeper, was sweet and smart.
Comfy beds, coffee in room.
Thank you for keeping bath tub and not remodeling to remove it.
We really like the traditional decor.
Thank you for shuttle bus service.
Please post a sign, or a person, in the old Magnolia lobby, to let us know that it is not the check-in location... and let us know where to go! Our rainy, night-time arrival became most unwelcoming, after 30 minutes spent there, with luggage, trying to find some help. A kind shopkeeper finally directed us. She said this happens "at least ten times per day."
The lack of notice about renovation, when booking...
We miss the breakfast buffet option.
No microwave in room.
Housekeeping made beds, while I was in the shower - THEN called out to say they would return.
You may need at least one more little coffee shop (long lines in the morning).

All the staff was very helpful with any problem that occurred. As we all know things call happen at any hotel. Also staff was helpful with directions and their service was excellent.
The only thing that we didn't like was the vacuuming of hall way at 6 am. of course there may have been a good reason for it.

Receiving free Wild Horse Bus Shuttle tickets for two days to see Nashville so very convenient.
Stayed many times at hotel - first time in Garden Conservatory area - the shower water would continually change from warm to very hot without touching the knob.
