We had a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We were extremely impressed by Manager Lacey McMahan as she made special accommodations for our stay given that it was for our anniversary. She was wonderful!

We loved how nice and polite and helpful everyone was. Beautiful resort.We will go back again.loved the bedding. So comfortable.Felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.

Staff was very helpful. Especially good service from Tony (bell) and Kate (concierge)
No place to sit in the room. Only one desk chair and there were 2 of us.

My wife and thoroughly enjoyed walking the many beautiful paths through your botanical gardens! The flowing water and tropical plants were way beyond our expectations. We took advantage of your free shuttle service to local attractions including The Grand Old Opry. And the dining options within the hotel were amazing. The best steak dinner I have had in many years was at your
Old Hickory Steakhouse. My wife enjoyed the spa while my favorite was the whirlpool! To summarize, we will definitely be back!
