Everything! This is my favorite place to stay while I am visiting my relatives in the area. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable.
The staff couldn’t be nicer. And I love the fish tacos with a Latitude Adjustment.
Of course, I would like it if the AC unit was quieter but not a really big problem.

Overlooking the crab festival was just what we wanted.
Could use a better lobby relaxing area. But not that big of deal with the outdoor bar are.

The personnel working at front desk and the restaurant/bar area. The view from our room was the best I have ever seen (and I have stayed in many, many hotels all across the country).

I upgraded to a bayside room and the view was very nice. The gentleman who handled the room change upgrade was very pleasant.
The first receptionist I encountered (a woman) was not very welcoming, and I had to change rooms because of the noise from the highway. I was shocked that the "inn" charged $12.95 for a continental breakfast and that the bottles of Evian water in the room cost $5.25.

Nice room with scenic views of the bay. Outdoor bar and restaurant were very nice. Food was good.
Biggest problem was no WIFI. Internet in the business center was very slow, almost useless.
